Nothing happened when regionating one project

Hi, i encountered a funning problem now.
in my solution there are about 100 projects.
The region tool works well with most of them.
but when i wanna regioate the project "AccpectanceTestApplication", nothing happened.
i even can not debug it.
but for other projects, it woks well.
could you tell me where the problem is?
