Remove superfluous blank lines

Hi,

I just stumbled upon your great tool and really like it.
I do have a question though:
If I make my own layout and change a couple of the regions to display comments instead, I get a lot of blank lines after each "block". For example from the last constructor to the "// Public Methods" comment it's 4 blank lines. From the last private method to the first custom region it's 5 blank lines.
Is there anything I can do about this?

This appears to be an issue with 0.7.3.0 still.. any updates to this?
